Powerlenders

Powerlenders are Zopa lenders who have obtained a Consumer Credit Licence which means they can lend more than £25,000.

You need a CCA to do this because you are at risk of being considered by the Office of Fair Trading to be a credit business otherwise - and being an unlicensed credit business is a bad idea.
