What are Listings?

Zopa offers two ways to lend and borrow money. One method uses the markets, where lenders offer loans on an open market to anyone who qualifies for that market. A second method uses Listings, which offer the borrower to place an "advert" for a loan, allowing them to justify their need. This is designed to allow the borrower the ability to explain why they're a good candidate for a loan and to allow the lender to be more discriminate as to the causes he / she wishes to help support. Each loan is tailor made, with each lender actively offering money at a rate that the lender decides on a case-by-case basis.
